Terms of Service

AmigoTrip is a community platform that helps travelers discover destinations, post trips, find compatible companions, and chat safely before they meet. These Terms govern your access to and use of AmigoTrip.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an AmigoTrip account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your credentials secure.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate other people.
• Post sexual content involving minors, hate speech, or illegal content.
• Scrape, spam, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls.
• Use AmigoTrip to solicit commercial services outside our official Local Guides program.
• Attempt to take other users off-platform via contact information before friendship is established.

We may warn, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these rules. Serious or repeat violations result in permanent bans.

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant AmigoTrip a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content within the service in order to operate the platform.

AmigoTrip facilitates introductions; it does not vet, verify, or guarantee any user beyond the trust signals we surface. You are solely responsible for your decisions when meeting travelers in person. Meet in public places, share your plans with someone you trust, and trust your instincts.

Premium subscriptions, where offered, are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. You can manage your plan from Account. Local Guides bookings are subject to additional terms shown at checkout.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the community.

AmigoTrip is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after the change date indicates acceptance.
